I’m Lori Porter—a registered dietitian (RDN), registered yoga teacher (RYT), and EdD holder. Welcome to Heartsmart Nutrition and Yoga, where my love for nutrition, heart health, yoga, and education come together.
I’m all about empowering women to make smart choices for healthy and graceful aging. Through heart-smart nutrition and yoga, we can manage heart disease risks—a top threat to women—and support long-term health.
With 35 years as an RDN, I know food is more than just fuel. It’s about creating sustainable, healthy eating habits. My approach is all about easy-to-maintain lifestyle choices, not strict rules and deprivation.
